CONFERENCE RATE*: (VALID FROM 19 – 24 MAY)
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for INFOCOM attendees at a specially negotiated rate of CAD $322 per night. Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. The above room rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of applicable sales/room tax. Housekeeping and other gratuities will be at guest discretion.
RESERVATION:
The deadline to reserve a hotel room at the conference rate is 15 April 2024. Reservations made after this date will be at the prevailing rate.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed sleeping room block. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE INFOCOM 2024 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms. By staying at the conference hotel, you will enjoy the convenience of not having to worry about being late to sessions.
